I am proud to announce that Sophie Tomlinson has been selected to be a Mayville Student of the Month. Sophie has been an outstanding model student. She is always on task with her work and focused in class. She is a good friend to other students and an amazing help to her teachers. Sophie is the daughter of Joshua and Courtney Tomlinson.  She has an older brother, Owen. She has a lot of pets which include 4 cats: Salem, Lilith, Toothless, and Christmas; and 2 dogs: Bailey and Millie. Sophie’s favorite school subject is science. Her reason is because she gets to try new things. Her favorite school activity is gym because she loves to play the different games. Her favorite game is Cage Ball. Her favorite activity to do outside of school is to play board games with her grandma. Sophie has grown and matured so much over the years. She has become an amazing role model to her peers and strives to improve herself. She works hard at everything she does and puts forth her best effort. I see Sophie continuing to grow and accomplishing amazing things. Congratulations Sophie on representing Mayville Community Schools as a Third Grade Student of the Month!
