I am pleased to introduce Hunter Torrey as one of my Students of the Month for the month of January. Hunter is the son of Crystal Dennis and Kelly Torrey. He has a big sister, Emma, and a younger brother, Dalton. Hunter also has lots of pets. He has a dog named Mia and cats, Bella, Mae, and Tarzan.

Hunter is a hardworking, kind young man. He works well with others and is a friend to everyone. He does an outstanding job of meeting all C.A.T.S. expectations. He is a very polite young man and always says please and thank you. Hunter always puts his best effort into his work. He follows directions, contributes to classroom discussions, and asks questions. Hunter says his favorite subject in school is math. He says he likes math because it makes your brain grow stronger. Outside of school, Hunter enjoys playing baseball. His team finished in 2nd place last spring! Another activity Hunter enjoys is playing Roblox. He says Roblox is fun for kids and family friendly. Hunter’s favorite food is mac and cheese. When he grows up, Hunter would like to be a miner. He wants to get diamonds, emeralds, and amethyst. His goal is to sell gems to get a whole lot of money to help poor people. I have greatly enjoyed having Hunter in class. His cheerful attitude and polite behavior add to the positive environment in our classroom. I am confident that he has a bright future ahead of him!
