Rachel Lee

The Mayville High School staff is proud to announce that senior Rachel Lee is April's student of the month. She is the daughter of Roy Lee and Kathy Forbush. The high school teachers chose Rachel as a student of the month because of her hard work and dedication to her studies, her respectfulness to staff, her ability to assist her classmates, and her cheerful disposition, a welcome element in every classroom. Rachel’s favorite high school class is art class. She enjoys that she and her friends are constantly working on fun projects in art. Rachel is actively involved in many activities. Rachel plays volleyball, is the Student Council Executive Board Treasurer, is a National Technical Honor Society member, and is the President of Future Youth Involvement. She also enjoyed joining the Skills USA Crime Scene Team at the Tech. Center. She stated that during her free time, she enjoys shopping, lifting weights, and spending time with her friends and family. Rachel plans to pursue a career in criminal justice and law enforcement. When asked what she likes best about being a Wildcat, she stated that she loves how involved the community is with school. She loves helping others and feels that when it is needed, the Mayville community always comes together to support one another.
