The Mayville High School staff is proud to announce that sophomore Emilee Corl is February's student of the month. She is the daughter of Kimberlee Corl and Thomas Brooks. She has two sisters, Nickee and Emmalee. The high school teachers chose Emilee as student of the month because of her hard work, dedication to her studies, and respect for students and staff. Also, she is helpful when assisting her classmates, and her bubbly disposition is a welcome element in every classroom. Emilee’s favorite class is Art. She is actively involved in Student Council and the Technology Team for Academic Games. Next year Emilee would like to participate in volleyball and softball. Her future plans include attending college to pursue a degree in nursing and a career as a neonatal nurse. Emilee’s favorite thing about being a Wildcat is the school spirit shown by students and staff.
