Mayville High School teachers are proud to announce that Junior, Payton Mitchell, is February’s Student of the Month. She has a brother: Conner. Payton is a member of the Mayville softball and volleyball teams. She is the Vice-President of NHS and the class of 2027. Payton is the Attendance Secretary of FYI and she is enrolled in dual enrollment at the Tuscola Technology Center. Her future plans include attending a college out of state to pursue a degree in social work and then a career as a child social worker. When asked what she likes most about being a Wildcat, she has enjoyed being close with her classmates and growing up together.
