Congratulations to Olive Dinsmore for being recognized as April's 12th-grade Student of the Month. Olive is the daughter of Sam and Jenn Dinsmore.

This year, Olive pushed herself to try something new and joined the wrestling team. She had an amazing rookie season. The highlight of the season was qualifying for the Girls State Wrestling Finals. 

Olive is also very active in her Tech Center Computer class. She is the Treasurer of her Chapters Business Professionals of America or BPA organization. As a class officer, she was able to travel to the State Competition and will also get to attend the Nationals in Chicago in May. 

Olive’s career goal is to become a tattoo artist. This summer, she will work as an apprentice as she studies to become state-certified. Olive will miss many things about High School-but she will miss her relationships with teachers the most. When asked if she had a piece of advice to share with younger students she said, “Do your work Freshman year-you will appreciate it later!”
